What's included with a membership?

Membership includes a mail letter, a postcard, a recipe, and a surprise item.

How do I access the content?
When you purchase a subscription, you'll create an account. After, confirm your address with the form on the member’s page. To manage your personal information navegate to your member’s account.
Shipment date & wait time

This is a Snail Mail club, and letters are sent the first week of the following month via USPS STAMP USPS First-Class Mail.
The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 23rd. Orders placed after the 23rd will receive the following month’s letter. (Ex: If you join February 1st-23rd, your first letter will be the March edition, which ships during the second week of March.
If you join after March 23rd, your first letter will be the April edition.
If your mailer still hasn’t arrived after this timeframe, please email us at gracesgardenclub@gmail.com or navigate to the contact page to get in touch.
We currently do not mail internationally yet.

When will I be billed?

Your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date.
How can I update my mailing address?

You can update your shipping address, billing info, and manage all your account details through your customer's account at any time.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
How can I track my order?

To keep membership affordable, Mail Club orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
